Stress is a normal part of life, but chronic stress can have negative effects on physical and mental health.
Today’s workforce is experiencing job burnout and stress in epidemic proportions. Workers at all levels feel stressed out, insecure, and misunderstood. Many people feel the demands of the workplace, combined with the demands of home, have become too much to handle.
In this Stress Management training, participants will learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress, identify the causes of stress in their lives, and develop techniques and strategies for managing stress. They will also learn how to develop healthy coping mechanisms, create a plan to manage stress triggers. The training will cover the importance of self-care and the impact of stress on overall health and well-being, as well as how to apply stress management techniques in the workplace, and suggests general and specific stress management strategies that people can use every day.
