The Intermediate Project Management training course is designed for professionals who have some experience in project management principles and are looking to take their skills to the next level. This course builds on the foundations of project management to provide learners with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively lead complex projects and teams.

This workshop is intended for those who understand the conceptual phase of a project’s life cycle, including setting goals, creating a vision statement, and creating the Statement of Work. In this training will take you through the remaining three stages: planning, execution, and termination.
